Best haircut as well as best service at very reasonable prices. For me getting my haircut was always a chore, but here they turn it into a joy. It feels like properly pampering yourself, and coming out with the best result every time.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. They completely ruined my hair. I went for a routine roots tint in copper blond and I went out with a brown mahogany. The stylist used an incorrect colour and whats worse blamed my hair and thats how they react. My whole life I was blond hence I literally screamed when she took the towel to reveal a dark brown colour. Instead of fixing it correctly she suggested to reapply the cooper blond colour on top, basically the colour which she was supposed to apply in the first place, of course it didnt help as even I know applying a light colour on dart one is not going to lighten it up. After 4 hours I still end up with a completely different colour to what I wanted, burnt scalp and ruined ends. They also insisted that I had to pay 90 for the services they used the time and product . They are an absolute joke and I dont wish anyone to go though what I did. Thank God for Blow&Bubbles at Kensal Rise, they brought my original colour back and were baffled how unprofessional Flair has been.
Elena is always attentive to detail and extremely good in suggesting what suits your hair best. I love my new blonde colour. She did my roots, applied a toner and gave a nice shape for my hair by cutting them just a little bit.Will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Elena, for making my hair beautiful! Received so many compliments already and it has been only a few days!
